  • Items must be purchased through www.USARAPTOR.COM to be eligible for return or exchange through Raptor Products, Inc.
  • Products not purchased thru www.USARAPTOR.COM must be returned to the original point of sale.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and free from wear or damage.
  • There are no returns on final sale or discontinued items.
  • The customer is liable for the return shipping expenses.
  • Raptor Products, Inc. will send any requested exchange items after we have received the original merchandise at the warehouse.
  • As applicable, we follow any manufacturer’s warranties for incorporated hardware and sub-assemblies.
  • We offer repair service on select merchandise, if available, if returned with the receipt.
